i have been aware of this event a month before it happened. marked it on my calendar. so when the day finally came i was excited. we had to rsvp to the bridal show at the Ruth Jackson Center to attend. the event was free but they had to make sure they had enough supplies for all their ladies. the smallest things surprise me so beleive me i was excited to be there. they had all kinds of set ups for the tables. they had free food sampling to try to give you ideas for your special day. they had live freeze modeling and a fashion show. special drinks were included and man o man deserts. that's what killed us, was the deserts. wedding cake sampling was hard. how do you go up to them and say "do you have sugar free cake?" i would have wished that my sisters would have experienced something like this.
to all my friends that are in the future planning to tie the knot you have got to try it out. would i do this again? yes i would. would i do it again after i got married ? yes i would. there were so many woman and brave men there. they made it fun. when you and your friends want to do something fun try this out you will enjoy it.
we wanted to go and get ideas for our day. we pretty much know what we want so just wanted to see what really goes on in one of these events. we want a small wedding nothing big maybe less than 75 guests. want something simple. we will be doing this for us not for the rest of the world to accept it.
everyone deserves a wedding. whether it be just the two of you or .................
